Concept & Research
Every new product is conceptualized to solve the existing problem. Our clinical experts work closely with medical professionals and educators to identify training gaps and develop simulation concepts grounded in real-world clinical needs.
Product Design & Engineering
Our in-house design team turns ideas from pen and paper into detailed 3D models and technical blueprints using advanced CAD software. Every element is iteratively refined for anatomical accuracy, durability, and user experience. Close follow-up meetings between various departments leads to a final CAD data ready for prototyping.

Prototyping
Using high-precision 3D printing, silicone molding with medical grade materials , and CNC machining, the first physical models come to life. These prototypes undergo internal reviews and multiple hands-on testing to validate form, function, and realistic/haptic feedback.

Tooling & Pre-Production
Once the prototype is finalized, we build custom molds, select high-quality materials, and set up manufacturing lines. Our processes emphasize eco-friendliness and lean manufacturing principles.
Manufacturing & Assembly
We have a dedicated assembly area where every unit is hand-assembled and undergoes a multi-point quality check. Our skilled technicians bring together mechanical parts, electronic systems, and lifelike anatomy to create seamless training experiences.
Testing & Feedback
We rigorously test our prototypes in coordination with healthcare practitioners & professionals . Continuous iterations and feedbacks help us refine everything from material texture to mechanical resistance to ensure our simulators feel & behave or respond as close to reality as possible.
Packaging & Delivery
Our dedicated team securely package the product, with all accessories, user guide/manuals and other related documentation, and dispatched to medical institutions across India and beyond. Our logistics ensure on-time, damage-free delivery.
