LuSi can simulate a wide range of neonatal respiratory conditions, including Respiratory Distress Syndrome (RDS), lung collapse (atelectasis), weak respiratory muscle activity, pneumothorax, and airway obstruction.

The simulator is built on validated scientific models and literature, accurately replicating lung volume, breathing patterns, and ventilation inhomogeneity in both preterm and term infants, providing a highly realistic training experience for neonatal respiratory care.
